If you’re the type who rushes through meals, try to relax and eat more slowly this summer.
Not only does it make dining more enjoyable, it can help you maintain a healthy weight. A recent study showed that women who ate slowly not only took in fewer calories, they had a greater feeling of fullness at the end of the meal and even an hour later.
