Vitamin K1 is vital for normal clotting of blood, and helps maintain bone health. It is also suspected to have a key role in cell growth.

Men: 120 mcg
Women: 90 mcg

  •  Green leafy vegetables
  •  Tomato
  •  Egg yolk

  •  Low bone density
